Flanders Expo is located in Ghent, right by the E40, E17 and R4, and can be reached by tram 1 from Gent-Sint-Pieters station. The venue has eight halls for trade fairs, congresses and events. The King of Exhibition Stands designs, produces and builds exhibition stands for exhibitors at Flanders Expo.
The following fair at Flanders Expo has its own page on our site:
Is your fair not listed? We also build for other fairs in Ghent.
A good exhibition stand starts with a design that fits your goal at the fair, the size of your stand space and the organiser’s rules. You receive a 3D stand design and a detailed quotation. Once you approve, we produce the stand and take care of transport to Ghent, build-up and dismantling.
We build with the beMatrix modular stand system. The frames are sturdy, dimensionally accurate and reusable; for each project we make new fabrics, panels and finishes. The result is a clean finish, a predictable build-up and less waste. We work according to the Better Stands programme and are a member of CLC-VECTA.
This gives you one point of contact for the entire stand, also abroad.
A selection of exhibition stands we have designed and built can be found in our portfolio.
We build stands from 24 m². For stands of 24 to 48 m² we advise starting three to six months before the fair, and nine months for stands larger than 48 m². Is your fair sooner? Get in touch and we will see what is possible.
Yes, within the hall’s clear height and with the organiser’s approval. We supply the drawings and agree the design in advance.
The price depends on the size of the stand, the design and the facilities you need. Our page prices and costs of an exhibition stand explains what to take into account.
