Horecava celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2027. From 11 to 14 January 2027, around 60,000 hospitality professionals will come to RAI Amsterdam for new products, concepts and inspiration. King of Exhibition Stands designs and builds custom stands on space-only plots for exhibitors at Horecava, from 24 m² and €500 per m² (excl. VAT).

When should you request your stand?

The earlier you get in touch, the more choice you have in design and planning. As a guideline: 3 to 6 months ahead for stands of 24–48 m², and around 9 months ahead for larger stands or a stand with an upper floor.

Decided later? Last-minute options are always available. Feel free to contact us, even if the fair is only a few weeks away. We will look together at what is still possible.

Good to know: we build custom stands exclusively on space-only plots, from 24 m² and with a budget from €500 per m² (excl. VAT). Is your budget lower? Then a shell scheme stand through the organiser or RAI Amsterdam is usually the best solution.

Please note: stand facilities such as electricity, water and internet must be ordered from the organiser before 1 December 2026. If you wish, we can arrange this for you.

About Horecava

Horecava has been the leading trade fair for the Dutch hospitality and foodservice industry for decades. Restaurant owners, caterers, hoteliers and leisure entrepreneurs visit to discover new products, concepts and knowledge for the coming season. Exhibitors are grouped into themes such as fast service, food & wine, tech & services and interior & design.

Practical information for exhibitors at RAI Amsterdam

  • Build-up: Wed 6 and Thu 7 January 08:00–20:00, Fri 8 January 08:00–22:00, Sat 9 January 08:00–18:00, Sun 10 January 08:00–17:00.
  • Dismantling: Thu 14 January 19:30–22:00, Fri 15 January 08:00–22:00, Sat 16 January 08:00–17:00.
  • Stand facilities: order electricity, water and internet before 1 December 2026 through Exhibitor Services.
  • Badges: everyone working on the build-up must be registered in advance for a build-up badge. We arrange this for our own crew.
  • Construction rules: maximum build height, rigging points and fire safety follow the RAI Amsterdam exhibitor manual. We design your stand accordingly.

King of Exhibition Stands builds exhibition stands from 24 m².

Do you also build on shell scheme?

No. We build custom stands exclusively on space-only plots, where you only rent the floor space from the organiser. We do not build shell scheme stands. If you are looking for a stand with a budget below €500 per m² (excl. VAT), you can book a shell scheme stand through the organiser or RAI Amsterdam.
