FIL is located in the Parque das Nações district of Lisbon, near Oriente station and less than ten minutes from the airport. The venue has four large pavilions and hosts fairs and congresses in sectors including technology, tourism, logistics and construction. Stand design and production
A good exhibition stand starts with a design that fits your goal at the fair, the size of your stand space and the organiser’s rules. You receive a 3D stand design and a detailed quotation. Once you approve, we produce the stand and take care of transport to Lisbon, build-up and dismantling.
We build with the beMatrix modular stand system. The frames are sturdy, dimensionally accurate and reusable; for each project we make new fabrics, panels and finishes. The result is a clean finish, a predictable build-up and less waste. We work according to the Better Stands programme and are a member of CLC-VECTA.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I order an exhibition stand?
We build stands from 24 m². For stands of 24 to 48 m² we advise starting three to six months before the fair, and nine months for stands larger than 48 m². Is your fair sooner? Get in touch and we will see what is possible.
Do you also build in Portugal?
Yes. We take care of design, production, transport, build-up and dismantling in Lisbon, with one point of contact for the entire stand.
