Koninklijke Jaarbeurs in Utrecht has been a trade fair venue since 1916 and also organises its own trade fairs, in sectors including construction, healthcare, logistics and agrifood. Since 1 January 2026, circular, modular stand construction has been the standard at the fairs Jaarbeurs organises itself; a beMatrix stand meets this directly. Stand design and production

A good exhibition stand starts with a design that fits your goal at the fair, the size of your stand space and the organiser’s rules. You receive a 3D stand design and a detailed quotation. Once you approve, we produce the stand and take care of transport, build-up and dismantling.

We build with the beMatrix modular stand system. The frames are sturdy, dimensionally accurate and reusable; for each project we make new fabrics, panels and finishes. The result is a clean finish, a predictable build-up and less waste. We work according to the Better Stands programme and are a member of CLC-VECTA.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I order an exhibition stand?

We build stands from 24 m². For stands of 24 to 48 m² we advise starting three to six months before the fair, and nine months for stands larger than 48 m². Is your fair sooner? Get in touch and we will see what is possible.

Do you take the rules and deadlines of Jaarbeurs into account?

Yes. Every fair has its own exhibitor manual with construction rules and deadlines, for example for submitting stand drawings. We design the stand to meet these rules and submit the required documents in good time.
