GSMA, the GSM Association, is the global organisation of mobile network operators and the wider mobile industry. GSMA organises MWC Barcelona, the annual international event for the mobile and connectivity industry at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Mobile World Capital Barcelona is MWC’s host-city partner; read more on the Mobile World Capital Barcelona page. The King of Exhibition Stands designs, produces and builds exhibition stands for exhibitors at fairs by GSMA.
The following fair has its own page on our site:
A good exhibition stand starts with a design that fits your goal at the fair, the size of your stand space and the organiser’s rules. You receive a 3D stand design and a detailed quotation. Once you approve, we produce the stand and take care of transport to Barcelona, build-up and dismantling.
We build with the beMatrix modular stand system. The frames are sturdy, dimensionally accurate and reusable; for each project we make new fabrics, panels and finishes. The result is a clean finish, a predictable build-up and less waste. We work according to the Better Stands programme and are a member of CLC-VECTA.
This gives you one point of contact for the entire stand, also abroad.
A selection of exhibition stands we have designed and built can be found in our portfolio.
We build stands from 24 m². For stands of 24 to 48 m² we advise starting three to six months before the fair, and nine months for stands larger than 48 m². Is your fair sooner? Get in touch and we will see what is possible.
Yes. Every fair has its own exhibitor manual with construction rules and deadlines, for example for submitting stand drawings. We design the stand to meet these rules and submit the required documents in good time.
The price depends on the size of the stand, the design and the facilities you need. Our page prices and costs of an exhibition stand explains what to take into account.
