Method of purchasing products through our webshop

We deliver only to business customers in possession of a Dutch Chamber of Commerce number.

As an individual, you cannot buy from us.

Below is a summary of our terms of sale

Delivery time

The delivery time of the products is between 2 and 14 days, if you need a product quickly always contact our office in advance.

Transportation costs

We ship all items insured free of charge via PostNL

Exchanges & Returns.

Because all items we sell on our website are specially customized, it is not possible to exchange or return them. Of course, we do offer warranty on the items we supply.

Warranty

You will receive a minimum 1-year warranty on all items we sell regarding defects caused by faulty manufacture, construction or material. For warranty claims, please contact our office.

Payment

You can pay safely with our payment provider Mollie via IDEAL or choose to receive an invoice in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in advance, we will contact you within 1 business day of placing your order to go over the invoice details with you. Once the invoice is paid the order will be taken into production.
